How to write a Blog?

Hello and Welcome. I hope you guys are enjoying and getting information from our blogs. Today I will help you on How to write a blog and customize the blog from the very first point.

Before we start, How many of you are writing blogs or thinking. Comment us so we get to know that how much engaging audience is there and facing problems so we can solve it.

Here are some tips you should follow before start writing a blog.

Tip:1 (Find the perfect Title)

Those who are writing blogs knows that first thing or first impression of your blog is your Title. Your Title should be very catchy, very attractive so that people attract towards you.

By seeing the Title, you can judge will user wants to read it or not. 

on behalf of my experience, when I write blogs, I study and use these four points:

    1. I used to see my competitors titles lot and study How they are doing, Which type of titles they are using.
    2. I mostly prefer to use How to (how to do this, How to do something), DIY( Do it yourself) because peoples prefer those solutions which they can implement by themselves not to depend on others.
    3. Third one is Numbers. you should use numbers like Top 5 IT companies, Top 5 Richest Persons because of it your title looks very lucrative and eye catchy.
    4. last which I recommend to do is you should use years in titles like Top 5 Selling companies in year 2020, Top 10 batsman in year 2020.

Tip:2 (Introduction Settlement)

When you decide and finalize your Title name, now you have to move on your first paragraph known as Introduction Paragraph.

let user read your title and click on it but now how is your introduction paragraph. Are you able to express or tell them what they want to know.

For example: I am writing a blog ‘How to write a Blog in year 2020’. This is my title. Now I am writing Introduction paragraph where I am hitting your pain points. Pain points means you are also facing same problems, you are also unable to find content, you also have English problem. By these your pain points get effected and user start relating themselves. It generate trust towards you and user start showing some interest in your blog.

Second thing is let you are writing 2000 words blog and on an average it took 8-10 minutes to read it with an normal English influence so you should try to mention reading time in each and every blog. Reading time means when users want to read your blog, they get to know that how much time will spend if they read it and what will they get after it. 

It is very good strategy and peoples using it from long time.

Tip:3 (Body should have Subheadings)

When we start write a blog there are some major points.

    1. Title (your title must be very perfect), Introduction
    2. Body

Your body part should be very attractive and it must contain so much wide space. It should not look like long paragraphs which contains 8-10 lines because of it your paragraph looks very crumbled.

As most of the peoples can’t read and study these long paragraphs. Your paragraph should be not contain more than 10-12 words.

Your body should be like Story telling. For an example we talk on Whatsapp and on other social media platforms in a single liners. We don’d use big and long paragraphs until it’s not necessary.

By this your users start relating themselves and showing interest in your content. It generates trust between you, your blog and your user.

Tip:4 (Link to other Website)

Fourth thing, You should give reference link/Backlink in your blog. It increase trust of the user towards you.

You should try to give actual references of other websites as much as you can.

Tip:5 (End with Conclusion)

Conclusion means what you try to describe in above lines/paragraph, whatever you want to tell in the body, what is the crux of it, these all should be in conclusion.

How-to-write-a-blog

Means in short, user can understand above things by this short paragraph and what is the conclusion of 2000-2500 words blog. Are they effective strategy for me or not, Will I get output after implementing these things, Are they beneficial for me. These all points you can add in Conclusion.

You can also write your self experiences.

For example I am writing a blog and earlier I was in same situation as you in my real life. So how I came out from that, What I did, How I solve my problems, How should I present my blog to increase traffic on my website.
